About the National MPS Society
Support for families. Research for a cure.
To raise awareness, funding and support for MPS research, 'jack's run' was created as part of the annual National MPS Society Run/Walk that take place in cities across the country every Fall. Your particiation in 'jack's run' is for the hundreds of children like Jack waiting for a treatment and eventually a cure for these rare, progressive and deadly diseases. The National MPS Society, Inc., is a parent support organization for families of children afflicted with Mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) or Mucolipidoses (ML). Their mission is to increase public and professional awareness and to support research. The Society’s ultimate goal is to find a cure for MPS disorders.
